The Complete Apartment safety program, based on OSHA regulations, is designed to provide a safe environment for clients, employees and visitors. Through continual training, our employees will remain in compliance with OSHA-based program, thereby minimizing the occurrence of unsafe acts, reducing costs, and meeting both legal and contractual obligations. We will engineer the workplace and tasks for safety, educate employees in safety procedures, and enforce safety rules. Since 1990, Complete Apartment has had no reported safety problems or incidents by employees or clients.

We will maintain an ongoing safety program that includes formal classroom and on-the-job training covering topics such as:

  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration Regulations
  • Bloodborne Pathogens
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Emergency Procedures
  • Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Proper Use of Equipment
 
The Project Manager joined with Our Insurance Company’s Safety Institute to create a Safety Committee that works to reduce opportunities for accidents or injuries. Complete Apartment’s Safety Committee ensures compliance with:

  • OSHA
  • Bloodborne Pathogen Requirements
  • HCS (Hazardous Communication Standards)
  • MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
  • Inspects Equipment and Safe Storage/Use of Cleaning Products
 
Training is vital to the success of any project and is critical for the proper use of resources. Complete Apartment will approach training requirements using a combination of training methodologies in order to provide the technical, customer service and emergency procedures training necessary for all projects.
